Visnavy Vickneswaran

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 13 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Visnavy. My path to speech-language pathology brought together many of my passions, including language, speech production, bilingual language development, oral anatomy, and working with children. As a Child Development major at Tufts, I realized that speech-language pathology offered the opportunity to combine these interests with my desire to help people access their communities and the world through communication.

My clinical experience spans a variety of settings, where I’ve supported individuals with diverse communication needs. I’m committed to lifelong learning and staying current with evidence-based practices, including advanced training in the evaluation and treatment of speech sound, pediatric language, and fluency disorders.

I enjoy creating engaging, functional therapy experiences tailored to each client’s strengths, goals, and everyday needs. I also value collaborating with families and caregivers to support carryover into daily routines and meaningful activities.

My therapy approach is holistic, client-centered, functional, highly individualized, and strengths-based. I focus on meaningful goals that build on each client’s abilities while using routines-based strategies and engaging activities to support progress. My goal is to create a supportive environment where every client feels confident, empowered, and able to participate more fully in the people, activities, and communities that matter most.
