Hardware and resources provided
Because you need the best tools to provide the best care. SLPs receive an all-in-one Apple iMac desktop computer and two iPads, as well as complimentary access to resources like SLPNow, Super Duper, and Q-Interactive for assessments. We also provide licensure fee reimbursement.

Here’s how our multi-rate compensation model works
We designed our compensation and care delivery model both to expand access to care and to enable SLPs to design a role that suits their individual needs.
Benefits access starts with as low as 17 direct active client care (sessions and evaluations) hours/week.
“Multi-rate” means that different types of work are compensated at different rates. But unlike other speech therapy providers, whether it’s direct client care, session prep and documentation, attending required CEUs, meeting with your manager, or training – at Expressable, it’s all compensated time. You’re also compensated for your time if a client cancels.
Plus, to ensure access to your benefits on day one (for benefits-eligible employees), SLPs earn guaranteed compensation at 25 total hours/week, even before your caseload grows.
We compensate SLPs with a specialized rate of $20/hour on top of your direct rate for providing therapy during our busiest, most in-demand times.
As an Expressable SLP, you have scalable earning potential. That means you have opportunities to increase compensation by increasing your total desired working hours, the number of direct hours completed each week, or the number of high-demand hours you complete. We also offer overtime and bonus incentives.
