Kaci Callaway

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.Ed., CCC-SLP)

Hi, I’m Kaci! I became a speech-language pathologist because I’ve always been passionate about helping people find their voice and communicate in ways that feel meaningful and empowering. Supporting individuals as they build confidence in expressing themselves is something I find truly rewarding, especially when those skills carry over into everyday life at home, school, and in social settings.

My clinical experience includes working both in-person and virtually in the school setting, where I’ve supported children with a wide range of speech, language, and functional communication needs. This experience has given me a strong foundation in helping students succeed across academic and social environments while working closely with families and educators to support progress.

I take a client-centered, highly individualized approach to therapy. I believe the most meaningful growth happens when therapy is engaging, supportive, and tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs. I also incorporate routines-based intervention to help skills generalize into daily life, focusing on goals that are functional and truly meaningful for each child and family.

I’m especially passionate about supporting functional communication and helping children feel confident using their skills in real-world situations. I enjoy creating therapy that feels motivating and practical, so children can see their progress beyond the therapy space.

I am eager to continue growing as a clinician through ongoing professional development, with a strong interest in expanding my skills in articulation therapy to further support my clients’ communication needs.
