Alexis Irazoque
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., L/SLP)
About me
Hi! I'm Alexis, a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP). I knew from a young age that I wanted to "teach," but I preferred a more one-on-one, personalized experience. This desire led me to the world of speech-language pathology where I found a love for supporting children in the early stages of language development, improving individuals' vocal quality and swallow safety, and rehabilitating loss of function after brain injury. I have worked with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including early intervention, private practice, teletherapy, and outpatient rehab. I enjoy collaborative, individualized treatment sessions that incorporate client and family goals to provide person-centered care. I hope to empower each client to advocate for themselves and feel confident in their skills.
